Why cant I log in to my account after signing up for a Basic Plan
After you sign up for a Basic Account you will be sent a confirmation email with an Activation Link in the email. Please make sure to follow that link to fully activate your account. Once activated you’ll be able to sign in normally. Thanks for becoming a member!
How do I upgrade to a Premium Membership?
Sign in and then from the Member icon in the upper right choose Payments. Next pick a Premium Membership Plan (Monthly or Annual), enter your billing info and click on Purchase Subscription to upgrade your subscription.
How do I cancel my Premium Membership Subscription?
Sign in and then from the Member icon in the upper right choose Payments. From there if you have a Premium membership you can Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. Once cancelled your current subscription will remain active until your next renewal date when it will automatically cancel without renewing.
What is the refund policy for Premium Memberships
All sales on Premium memberships are final. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com.
How do I update my Credit Card?
Sign in and then click on the Member icon in the upper right and choose Payments. From there choose Update your Card Info.
Where do I go to see Premium Videos that I purchased?
Sign in and from the Member icon in the upper right choose Premium Content.
What happens after a Premium Videos access time limit ends?
Nothing if you are a Premium Member! Premium Memberships have ‘NO’ access limits on Premium Courses, so you can watch them as long as you have an active Premium member subscription.
If you are a Basic Member you will no longer be able to watch Premium Video Courses after the Videos access time limit is reached. To upgrade to a Premium membership make sure to sign in and from the Member icon choose Payments.
Are there Student Discounts?
Not right now, but we will be implementing this in the future.

How long do I have to download a goodie that I purchased?
Goodies may be downloaded for up to 24 hrs after your purchase. If you are unable to download a goodie within 24 hrs after purchase just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.

Where can I download goodies that I purchased?
You can download goodies that you have purchased by clicking on the download link from the Confirmation Email that is sent just after your purchase. *Make sure to check your Spam folder in the event that you do not receive the confirmation email.
What is your refund policy on goodies?
Because of the digital nature of Goodies they are non-refundable. If you are unable to download a Goodie please contact Support@fashionclassroom.com and we will be happy to help.
What is your copyright policy for Goodies?
Each Goodie has its own Copyright policy but in general most Goodies are free to use for Personal or Commercial use but are not available for resale or distribution without written consent from the creators of the goodies.

Do I need a fast internet connection to watch videos?
It is highly recommended that you have a Hi-Speed internet connection for viewing videos. If you are able to watch YouTube videos then your internet speed is also sufficient for watching Fashion Classroom videos.
What Browser should I use for watching videos?
Videos will work on all of the current browser platforms. It is recommended to upgrade your browsers to the latest versions to ensure proper video playback.
Is Adobe Flash Required for viewing videos?
Our video streaming service works via Flash or HTML 5 so all devices including iOS mobile devices are able to view videos.
What is your refund policy on Video Purchases?

Videos are running slow or choppy !
Many video playback issues are caused by internet service providers and often resolve themselves within 24hrs. You can test your internet speed at http://www.speedtest.net.

What is the Cancellation policy for Live Training ?
A cancellation or postponement may be requested up to 3 Full Business Days prior to a scheduled class, with the option of a full refund or credit towards a future class. Requests made between 3 Full Business Days and 1 Full Business Day prior to the start of a class will only be eligible for a credit towards a future class. Failure to show up for a class, or to give 1 Full Business Day notice of absence, will render the full cost of the class due and payable.
Each space is reserved, and space in the class is limited so that we can deliver a quality presentation.
